The Challenge:
Rolls-Royce in its global initiative to implement a ERP software required specialized personnel to assist in the implementation of the SAP software package throughout the entire Canadian operations. This meant implementing 10 SAP modules within a very short time frame.
The Solution:
Synerpro played a key role in implementing the SAP ERP software throughout the Canadian operations of Rolls-Royce. Synerpro consultants were primarily involved in managing the implementation initiatives.
